SUSAN CONKLIN, Co-founder and Managing Director, brings over 20 years of video production and business experience to ARTaVIVA. The intersection of creativity and business is at the heart of a producer’s craft and Susan learned her skills through a variety of workplaces and experiences. She honed her eye for creative visuals and sound as well as her organizational and negotiating expertise as a broadcast producer for several national advertising agencies (e.g., Hal Riney & Partners, Ketchum Advertising and Chiat/Day). During her tenure in advertising agencies she worked with clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Saturn, Alamo, and Gallo Wines among others. Susan’s experience was rounded out through her years as Executive Producer at Jump Ship Studios, a San Francisco post production, new media and broadcast design company where she worked closely with designer Relja Penezic. At Jump Ship Studios she had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from Robert Mondavi Winery to Franklin-Templeton to the SETI Institute and more.
